MiChoice Technologies Priority One Support is a portfolio of complimentary and fee-based service options that can increase your productivity, help you with questions, and expand your MiChoice software knowledge. Its range of options comes with every MiChoice product you purchase. So however you work and whenever you need help, MiChoice Priority One is there with support you can use and depend on.

Complimentary Support
From the moment you receive your MiChoice software, our Priority One service brings you unlimited access to free technical support, via our toll free telephone number. All MiChoice software products come with a 90 day period of complimentary, person-to-person telephone support that begins from the date the MiChoice software was implemented. In many cases, you may never need more support than this.

To get the most benefit out of our products, sign up for a Priority One support contract and receive prompt, personalized, friendly service from the team that built the products.

Support contracts include:

  • Updated versions of MiChoice Technology software, including major releases and patches
  • Unlimited toll free telephone support available 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m CST.
  • Email questions answered within one business day.
  • Remote support via "Eblvd" over the internet.

Pay-As-You-Go Support
Technical support on a pay-per call basis is $2.95 per minute with a minimum charge of $40.00. If the problem is a bug in MiChoice Technology software, you will not be charged for the call.
